What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, business name, project details, and message. If you chat with Summit, our AI project assistant, we also receive the conversation and any details you share in it. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run the site and prevent abuse.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not set marketing cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project.
- To provide services you've engaged us for.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We never sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list just because you contacted us.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make this site work: our email delivery provider (to send us your message), our hosting provider (to serve the site), our database provider (to keep a backup copy of form submissions), and — if you use Summit — our AI provider (to generate the assistant's responses). Each processes your information only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for as long as we need them to correspond with you and run our business, and records related to client work for as long as the law and good bookkeeping require.
Your choices
Want to know what we have, correct it, or have it deleted? Email hello@ascendmediainc.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
